Antigua and Barbuda’s ambassador to the United States of America, Sir Ronald Sanders, has described the 2019 US International Narcotics Control Strategy Report (INCSR) on Antigua and Barbuda as “the fairest report I have seen in years.” Each year, the US State Department gathers, for the US Congress, a report released in two parts, of money laundering and drug trafficking in jurisdictions around the world. Sanders has been critical of previous reports, which trusted uncorroborated data from unidentified sources and therefore reached erroneous and damaging conclusions.
