Brighterion Named Most Scalable Platform and Leader of the Contenders on Fraud and AML Machine Learning Platform Vendors – Report

-

Brighterion, a Mastercard company and leading artificial intelligence and machine learning platform that provides real-time mission-critical intelligence from any data source, regardless of type, complexity or volume, today announced it has been named Most Scalable Platform by Aite Group in its latest report AIM Evaluation: Fraud and AML Machine Learning Platform Vendors, March 2019. In the report, Brighterion was also named a Leader of the Contenders.

Dr. Akli Adjaoute, Founder and CEO of Brighterion said, “As a first mover in providing intelligent decisioning around AI and anti-money laundering, it’s been interesting to watch this rapidly emerging space take shape. We’re encouraged by Aite recognizing Brighterion’s early leadership efforts, customer resonance and our platform’s ability to bring true AI innovation to combat fraud and money laundering.”

Brighterion’s strategic portfolio of AI and machine learning technologies helps prevent money laundering, acquiring fraud and omnichannel fraud, and reduces credit risk for financial institutions, governments, and healthcare organizations. The AI platform enables discovery, identification and mitigation of anomalous activities, which is a key driver that sets Brighterion apart from the competition.

According to the report, Brighterion’s strong showing was in part due to its platform’s scalability – more than twice that of its closest competitor, with 62,000 transactions per second (TPS) in production. Julie Conroy, Research Director of Aite Group, said, “Brighterion’s scalability is over twice that of its closest competitor in this regard. Its streaming infrastructure with no underlying databases are a key driver of this impressive performance.”
